Competition for animated films in the following categories:
NORDIC-BALTIC STUDENT FILMS
NORDIC-BALTIC COMMISSIONED FILMS AND COMMERCIALS
NORDIC-BALTIC SHORT FILMS
Who can submit?
Any frame by frame or computer assisted film may be entered.
Maximum running time: 30 minutes.
Films must have been completed January 1st. 2009 or after.
The same film can not enter the competition twice.
The director of the film must be a citizen of a Nordic or Baltic country, or the country of origin of the film must be Nordic or Baltic.
The Nordic-Baltic countries are defined as Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
